After Force of Nature, this was the most powerful green creature (both played in mono green of course).

While it is far from an aggressive creature against anyone but a green player, this was nonetheless a big creature which often came out as a 6/6 - much bigger than almost every other green creature of the day. The slow ability could enable your Shanodin Dryads and other forestwalkers, and Instill Energy could allow you to wipe out your opponent's lands and replace them all with forests.
