i would think that it would be a 5/1 not a 1/5, swards are ment to be offensive. especially scimitars

It's one lone scimitar. Let's take any soldier type creature with a sword and they are typically 1/1. So lone sword is only power of 1. But this by being nimble and mobile is so evasive that it toughness equals to mighties dragons. Hence 1/5 flier.
