God this art is ugly. It's especially bad considering how good this card is. Thank God for the 7th Edition art; too bad they changed it in 9th Edition to something worse (but still better than this).

Is it an elf or a vampire? You decide! Is that brown thing clothing or carapace? You decide! Is it male or female? You decide! Is the elf's disembodied head floating in outer space or is he merely cloaked in shadows? You decide! Is that hair or red spaghetti come out the back of his head? You decide?
How did they keep this art all the way until 6th edition? This would have been one of the first cards I would have recommissioned.
