I think this card is a reference to Emcee. The art especially, and the +1/+1 counter doesn't hurt.

2/4 or 3/5 for 4. Unfortunately, it's really hard to want to use a card like this, which is a shame, because it has such awesome art.
On the other hand, two relevant creature types, and I personally haven't seen any other white treefolk, so im sure this card can find purpose somewhere. 2/5
