The casting cost is too high.
But Mark Tedin did an awesome artwork job here.

Agreed, it also has excellent flavor text...

For a name like this, I'd expect some terrifyingly huge creature with a corresponding drawback. Instead... regeneration?

This card is just despicable. Cost BB or something instead of sacrificing a Swamp and it's pretty good, though still off-flavor.

How delightfully Lovecraftian.

I love this card. I mean, I know it's a complete piece of garbage, but that art may just be one of my favorites from Legends.

Less Lovecraft and more Giger. But yes, this art is pretty well wasted.

Should have been a 13/13 for 13 with some insane 13-related ability. Oh well, a lost opportunity i suppose :\

the art, name, and mechanics should all be taken apart and given to different art, name, and mechanics. this doesn't look nearly big enough to be a Horror of Horrors, unless you make it a HORRIBLY Spike Effect that just plain Castrates Target Player and feeds their balls to them. :P

This could potentially be handy at a fraction of the price, but as it is, it's just an expensive way to protect your black investments with excess swamps in the lategame. A pity because that is some fantastic artwork from Mark Tedin!
