I hear many people say they have more than 10 of these in a deck, how is that possible? Can someone please explain?

@Elfenthuisiast You can't they're lying unless they're talking about the cycle of "Vivid" cards that are similar. A deck can only have four copies of a non-basic card in a deck unless the card specifically states otherwise (Relentless Rats).
