@Szentekkel, This is "Enchant Tapped creature", and Paralyzing Grasp is "Enchant Creature". If they manage to untap the creature you are trying to enchant in response, this will fizzle.

@Szentekkel: Well, McThor is not stupid: if you actually looked at the card, you would notice that this can only enchant a tapped creature, while Paralyzing Grasp can enchant any creature. Please review your case before using such vulgarities as "stupid".
