Hmm... It looks like a decent card for a faerie deck... Clearly the point is for you to play it on the opponent's turn... Ignoring the tap draw ability it's better than inspired sprite.

I guess three, but it's very straightforward for a blue card.

At first, it seems almost comparable to Aven Fleetwing, if i want to trade 1 toughness and flash for hexproof. The Fleetwing is more offensive, a solid source of damage in an aggro deck splashing blue. This card, on the other hand, is the kind of defense a control deck wants, with its higher toughess and, even more importantly, flash.

When its destroying a 2/2 attacker and sticking around to chump block, you get your moneys worth. Depends on the meta but in the end your still paying 4 mana for a 2/3 body.
