Potentially amusing in casual play where you can give huge ground creatures flying. Obviously overpriced and silly in Constructed play.

Very, very cool. Nice flavor, but not efficient or playable, really (except for fun).

I just love it's flavor, especially when compared to Kinscaer Harpoonist.
Barrels of fun but bursts under the pressure of anything but casual play.

Radagast: I wouldn´t call it "overpriced". Its still decently costed for Limited and even at two mana, this would see no play in constructed (maybe block) and for one mana it would be stupidly good. This card is not overpriced, its just never meant to be played in constructed.
