Best. Card. Ever. ok maybe not, but this card is very very veryy good. This card is, and has long been, the best removal card in the game. While it might be more expensive than a Swords to Plowshears, it is significantly more effective, and can bringa player, who seemed to have lost it, back into the game. This card is great!

The A-bomb of magic which nothing escapes from, unless it is indestructable. 4CC has never been spent better than this.

I don't necessarily think that a card that has a conceivably significant drawback should be considered a '5 star' card. for example, a single-color white deck with a ton of low-cost creatures would find it difficult to play this card in many situations. a five-star card is a card that should be included in any deck that has mana to support it. it could save you at the last minute. however, so could fog. that being said, 4.5.
