Not... completely terrible. We have Survival Cache now, but that's not to say that before rebound, this was bad. Cantripping often makes a card playable.

This isn't bad at all. Think Twice is 2 mana, and people pay W for Healing Salve. They just mashed the two cards together (minus flashback). Seems good.
