A great card, it is far too cheap for its effect...

See, this is why Blue dominates Legacy and Vintage. They've got this, Timetwister, AND Ancestral Recall--The only three cards from the Power Nine that aren't colourless artifacts.

The best thing about playing this card is the demoralizing effect and downright suicidal look on your opponent's face when you cast it, regrowth it, cast it again, play timetwister, demonic tutor for it, play it again, regrowth it again, play it again....and it's even more fun if they still think they have a chance. Entertainment at its best in this game!! 5/5!!

Ladies and Gentleman, stop the presses: Time Walk just got EVEN MORE POWERFUL!!
And I thought MTGSalvation's The Proxy Card Thread had a good one.
This is like, the most epic thing Magic has ever done, ever. I call most Proxied Card Ever. Hands down.

I like Time Walk because I think that, as a standalone, it is the most clearly broken of the Power Nine. Black Lotus is obviously the best overall, but even that can't do anything on its own. It must synergize with the power of other cards (such as the oft-referenced Channel and Fireball combo).
Time Walk, even if not quite the greatest, is singularly and distinctly overpowered of its own accord, and with the power of cards today, even an amatuer player can recognize this glaring balance issue at first glance. It truly is testament to how casual of a game Magic was originally intended to be.

Actually, none of the P9 cards are legal in legacy.

Possibly the oldest card to have retained its rules text as the same as its oracle text excluding cards with no abilities and cards with only keyword abilities.

My opponent will play this, but I will copy it twice with echomage.
