I'm not sure how I feel about this card. On paper it sounds like a potential 3 for 1, but it's a 5-drop. At that point in the game, you're either getting hit by a bunch of weenies (where pyroclasm is probably better) or you're getting harassed by a huge creature (a big nuke like spire barrage would be better).

Any potential 3 for 1 is great in my book. The fact that Chippy makes great art is just an extra perk.

Althought there are some better alternatives, I like it very much! It's always a potential card advantage, and you can target 2 creatures and the opponent, unlike with Incremental Blight. Maybe if you could even target always the same creature, this could have been on the top!

The good thing about this card is that you can use it even if there is only one creature in play... 3 to creature, 2 to opponent, 1 to self. Not bad.
