Strictly worse than Frost Titan?
It's a common, at least. Anything stronger than this costs at least , and if you're running multicolor, chances are you can get better creatures for six mana in another color.
You should probably find something better to use.
Edit: There are better things to pull up with Ula's Temple, I'm fairly certain.
Regardless, I was mostly joking, since virtually no card is strictly better than any other card, ever.
