This guy doesn't show up in any of the strong goblin decks that won tournaments. Why? Come on, because he sucks. Think about it: He is a 1/1 creature with a slim chance of dealing on additional damage. That's horrible. He's always been horrible and always will be. There are so many better one-drops for goblin decks, that there is no reason whatsoever to ever play this guy.

I still Can't believe there are people who only grade cards for their constructed worth. Magic sets are not designed solely for constructed play, and I hope they never are. There's no way I would keep playing if simple fun cards like this stopped getting printed because nobody found a use for them at a pro tourny
