No you fool you sideboard it. A surprising number of people simply don't run artifacts and enchantments. boros bushwhacker typically only runs 4 things that you can target with this spell (all of them oblivion rings) and other red decks don't run any at all which means that if you maindeck for you have 4 dead draws that don't even cycle or cantrip.

I agree with A3Kitsune. Most opponents will have SOMETHING you can hit with this. O Rings and Paths to Nowhere are just too common.
