It's basically an llanowar elves that can't be burned by volcanic fallout, or killed by disfigure, etc.

Try this card with Emerald Charm! Nine-land Stompy!

Vulnerable to land destruction, but still a classic green card for mana ramp. Even better now that Mana Burn is gone.

Sometimes making the basics better helps a lot.

I love this card so so much.

Turn 1: Land, Wild Growth.
2: Land, Omnath, Locus of Mana.
3: Land, 4 in the mana pool.
4: Even without a land, you get an 8 cost creature....now just sit on that for a few seconds. :D

And all that was done with only 5 cards. :)
