High toughness and tap ability are weird together. It makes it look like a blocker, but then it gets tapped.

Pretty mediocre, but not that bad either. Play it with a lot of tokens or generic dorks and he'll pull his weight. Bonus points if you get to use the ability twice with an untap effect.

This is the defensive kind of guy you want in your mass tokens or mass fliers deck.
