This is a very good creature card for blue. Blue often gets creatures that are inefficient for its casting cost. This is a blue Serra Angel with no drawbacks. Unfortunately, it does obsolete Air Elemental in Vintage and Legacy formats.

Air elemental has been obsolete for a long time, but I love that it's a 4/4 flying with vigilance in blue, because vigilance can really save a game when you need to block and attack for a few turns without skipping a beat.

Lol a blue Serra Angel, this aint ever getting reprinted though, but Serra angel is.... I find that to a point ironic. Am I alone in this lol?

Now with white's powerful fliers, Serra Angel can shine once again. I'd love to see this reprinted in a more recent set, though it might be a bit too weird for a core set and out of flavor for a regular expansion.

Oh man this is probably my most favorite blue card of all time. Angels were my first tribal love, and as soon as I saw this card I grew to really love the Color Shifted cards of this set. Such fantastic art and flavor text as well!

Pretty cool. Imagine how Ulgrotha would be different if Serra was Blue aligned.
I've always thought that vigilance felt blue- after all, it's not representing intelligence as much as the ability to know when to hold back attacks and when to go all out, leaving enough energy for them to continue fighting.
And I love this art. Gorgeous.
