Compare Thalakos Mistfolk: Same cost, P/T. Mistfolk will be unblockable more often, but can't block. Mistfolk's bounce ability costs 1 less, but Fleeting Image's doesn't cost you a draw. Hmmm...

The rarity I find a bit confusing. Anyway, it's kind of playable ...but IMO the bounce ability is a little too pricey. +0.5 points for the flavour text, though.
