I wondered if this might have any use with Standstill, but it won't work out:

If you cast Standstill immediately after her, she's pseudo-protected from spells if you opponent does not want Standstill to trigger. But he very likely does want it in this case, since he better destroys her immediately and grants you the card advantage from Standstil immediately instead of delaying his problem and ending up with you saccing her and recasting Standstill.

On the other hand, forcing your opponent to respond to a 1cc card doesn't seem that bad. But it's easily pinged away with various abilities as well, so this won't net you any advantage afterall i'm afraid...
