A male angel? I thought that all angels were female incarnations of light.

Art is ugly as hell and the card isn't really powerful enough to warrant playing...

Why is white so powerful in Planar Chaos?

Regenerate is a great ability for white.

Ugly as hell? Haha why?

For many people this is ugly just because it has no boobs

Cool art, and a powerhouse in limited.

Planar chaos has a very subtle theme... Everything is opposite if what you would normally expected....

Thus ugly male angels...

@TheTraitorKing: Probably because they wanted to emphasize that in the regular reality white sucked. :P

The only male angel. Also, hurray for white regen.

Alternate reality where angels are all attractive, muscly males instead of females? I approve.

Thank god male Angels are only in the twisted alternate reality of Planar Chaos.

Haters gonna hate. I like this card. The art is cool, and since it's a planeshifted Ghost Ship, you can't argue with its regeneration cost or its size. White regeneration is awesome.

This is the SECOND male angel to appear in Magic, y'all must appreciate history and take note of Gabriel Angelfire! Now where's my sexy demoness.......

The second male angel, after Gabriel Angelfire.

Incidentally, it's name is one vowel off from the child-eating idol, Moloch, whose worshipers were mentioned in Leviticus.

Only in Planar Chaos, folks!

Actually, the word Malach has little to do with Moloch. Malachim literally translates to messengers, of which angels are divine messengers. The Malachim serve as the lowest rank of angels, and the majority of angels in heaven in the original texts.

Just putting that out there.

I like this card. It would have been better had the regeneration costed just a bit less, like maybe WW or 1W, but I understand it's a planeshifted Ghost Ship, so meh. One of the only two male angels in magic history, so ya gotta give him props, even if his art makes him... look less then attractive, haha. His chest is too big. although. some could probably say the same about normal angels in general too, haha. Over all, he's a fairly inexpensive angel which is always nice, though the regeneration cost again is a little steep.

The timeshifted Ghost Ship is a handsome, male, ebony angel. Honestly he isn't all that noteworthy in terms of abilities, but nice to use on a defensive level in a low-money casual game.

2/4 flying for 4 ain't half bad (since you see a lot of vanilla 2/4s that really suck), and regenerate, even if expensive, can be nice.

Now I have to pluck my eyes out and dissolve them in acid, thanks random card search.

Tall, Dark, and Regeneration? I'm okay with this.

In the alternate timeline, the magic community is comfortable with their sexuality enough to warrant more biblically described angels (if you recall, most were described as masculine).

Would draft... Maybe even first pick, but considering the set, probably not. I will say that this is absolutely my favorite block, and my favorite set within the block.

This is the timeshifted version of Ghost Ship.

Now that I've realized how fitting Ghost Ship would have been in black, I find this card highly ironic.

He's one of the few male angels in Magic, sure, but does he bone?
