So much is wrong with your comment bijart, you might want to look back at Oracle and match it up with what you said.
Anyways, oracle aint bad, you start with an ineffible reconnaissance, a good combo card in its own.

wow... your creatures cant be killed in combat, admitably that means they wont kill any thing eather, but still. plus, unless they have trample, you can block any creature and not loos yours. the +1/+7 isnt half bad eather.

Reconnaissance is a fun card and a good combat trick in its own right. Making it an untargetable property of your vanguard general is great too. What really sells this is that you get the recon and +1 card and +9 life. Also, just as with recon, run with Knighthood for damage-step shenanigans.

With a name like Oracle, it should read:
" : Change x words on target spell or permanent to any other words of your choice."
Noww THAT would be a fun card
