It should have been 4 cmc at the most. Simply because you have to splash red for it to even be usefull.

Silverware is wrong. Splashing red wouldn't be useful, you'd have like two or three red mana. You'd want to just do a full R/G deck.

Yes. It's overcosted. This thing really should get an get an extra point of power. And no of course you don't put this in green splashed red and maybe you put it in full red/green even, but it is best in red splashed green.
And honestly people: Google "bombardier beetle"
