The best aspect of this card is you can find ANY snow land. Including hybrid lands! Considering they come into play tapped anyway, use this.

Judging how Basic Snow Lands are the same as Basic Lands except they also provide snow mana, and this can also find things like Frost Marsh and Scrying Sheets, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say this is strictly better than Rampant Growth.

Not strictly better than Rampant Growth, although it's a bit debatable. In Limited, you can stuff your deck full of any number of non-Snows. You can't do so with Snow-lands.

I want Snow to make a come-back BIG TIME.

Currently it's quite a waste of a super-type. The best thing to do with Snow anything is Scrying Sheets... Kinda lame.
