I love how they put into the flavor text the card they are paying tribute to, which is of course, electric eel.

I cannot imagine why they made this card. Perhaps it could be useful if you want to take damage, but even so the creature cost is too high and the ability cost seems to be expensive too.
Maybe 2U and R. Seems more reasonable.

What on earth possesed them to make an electric eel tribute? I kind of get the impression design went mad during that block and just made retreads of all their childhood favorites. And then I guess development caught the fever too because some of these cards really should have been stopped. Remember, just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.
