Four years after I saw this card for the first time, I still fail to see the point. I guess it's not usual that black gets tokens, but come on, this shouldn't be a rare!

@Treima: I believe the classic combo with this was Hecatomb. Of course, it also worked for things like Lord of the Pit.

I disagree with the errata'd "Creature- Human type. It should be "Creature- Adviser", implying that while not all of Baron Sengir's autocrats are human, they are all advisers.
