To answer the guy with the triple blightnings: I hope you mean that you play two blightnings and copy one. You can't play one blightning and copy it twice with mirari, since it triggers only once for each spell giving you once a chance to copy it.

depends on the format really, in EDH you could do so much stuff with this its ridiculous.
im running one in a blue red copy edh deck, with this and all the other ways to copy spells, i usually have 2-3 copies of each spell to throw around

This card is great! It's expensive, but it is worth some trick to make it enter, and to activate it is worth the effort if you copy the right spells. Moreover, it features a really astonishing artwork!
