Ankh of Mishra is absolutely deadly in a deck built around it. It has a very reasonable casting cost, and can be quite a complementary card to Dingus Egg in decks based around land destruction (LD). The Ankh isn't particularly choosy when it comes to who it damages, however, so you need to protect yourself. Cards like Circle of Protection: Artifact can absorb the damage at a cost, but it's better to play Ankh of Mishra when you know you don't need to play any more lands. Ankh of Mishra is part of a vicious combo with Parallax Tide that can deal a lot of damage to your opponent really fast.

Armageddon when you have this and control the board for a lock. don't expect cards like this to make people happy in multiplayer though.

I giggle when playing this. Locking you up with a Dingus Egg is a damned if you, damned if you don't proposition. Now help me find a card that makes 'em takes dmg every time they tap and voila!
