It's an interesting effect, because it's a blue sacrifice outlet for stolen creatures. Definitely useful in certain decks.

I could see this going into a UB spirit EDH deck I want to build. Can't think of any other 1 drop spirits and the effect is awesome!

I used this to strange effect in a blue/black zombie deck as the only non-zombie creature.

It's a bit more helpful when you have Zombie Apocalypse in your hand or a few Diregraf Captains on the field.
