If this is the second worse card in the set (according to gatherer) then it's a pretty solid set.

Epic flavor text, united with the one from Deception! Actually, Zhou Yu is the master of strategy!
The card is quite good, but Undo is almost better beside the fact that requires exactly 2 target creature. But this kind of card should be against aggro strategies, so the probability to find 2 creature is quite high... However the flavor of this card is super!

It's so frustrating that the Portal 3K cards are so limited and hard to get in the US or even in English for that matter!

this is a 3.5/5 not 1/5... Bouncing 2 creatures for 4 mana isnt that bad... of course undo is better.

While this is not instant speed, this is far from a terrible card offensively. Bouncing two defenders can almost certainly screw up combat math, and can be a serious loss of tempo. This is definitely not one of the worst cards from Portal 3K, a set with no instants.
